Our journey began in 2009 with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed. Chip Bubela’s love of real estate led him to become the owner and broker of the first branch of Bubela Real Estate (BRE) in Cedar Park, TX. Since then he has relocated to his hometown of Schulenburg and expanded into its surrounding communities – Flatonia, La Grange, Weimar, and more. Today, BRE is a growing brokerage specializing in land, residential and commercial real estate for both buyers and sellers. BRE advances with the ever-evolving real estate market, maintaining a top spot among the industry leaders throughout Texas.

We are inspired by our heritage and our deep roots planted in the small-town values that originated in the communities we are from.
